CeremonySpeech is an AI-powered service that helps create personalized speeches for military ceremonies. The service provides speech generation, editing tools, PDF downloads, teleprompter view, and practice tools.

Important Disclaimer

AI-Generated Content

Speeches are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) language models. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, AI-generated content:

• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
• Should be reviewed and edited by you before delivery
• Does not constitute official military guidance or protocol
• Is provided for personal use and inspiration, not as a substitute for your own words

You are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated content before use. We recommend verifying that your speech follows current military protocols and coordinating with your unit's protocol office for official ceremony requirements.

Sensitive Information

Do not include classified information, sensitive operational details, unit locations, mission specifics, or other information that should not be disclosed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the information you provide is appropriate to share.

Payment and Pricing

The service costs $19 per speech unlock. This one-time payment provides:

• Access to the full generated speech
• Editing capabilities
• One free AI-powered revision
• PDF downloads (podium and keepsake formats)
• Teleprompter view
• Practice timer
• Read-only share link

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your speech. If the service fails to deliver as described (e.g., technical errors preventing generation or access), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at privacy@ceremonyspeech.com with your speech ID and a description of the issue.

Note: Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with the AI-generated content itself, as you have the opportunity to preview the outline and opening paragraph before purchase, and you can edit the speech after unlocking.

Intellectual Property

You own the rights to your generated speech content. You may use, modify, and distribute your speech as you see fit for personal purposes. The underlying technology, website design, and service remain our intellectual property.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your speech data is stored for 90 days from creation, after which it is automatically deleted. You can delete your speech at any time using the "Delete my speech" button on your speech page. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated content, including but not limited to embarrassment, protocol violations, ceremony disruptions, or any other consequences of using AI-generated content. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
